Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately translate technical documents, contracts, and project communications between Mandarin and Indonesian
- Provide consecutive interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and site inspections
- Develop and maintain specialized terminology glossaries for construction/engineering contexts
- Facilitate cross-cultural communication between Chinese and Indonesian team members
- Proofread and edit translated materials for linguistic precision and cultural appropriateness
- Support international project documentation compliance and localization
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve language barriers in real-time
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field with Mandarin specialization
- Minimum 3 years professional translation/interpretation experience
- Native-level proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian (written and spoken)
- Deep understanding of Chinese business etiquette and cultural nuances
- Familiarity with construction/engineering terminology and documentation
- Proficiency in CAT tools (Trados, MemoQ) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive project information
