PT Hanyu Light Tech is seeking a Mandarin Translator to facilitate seamless communication between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and local Indonesian teams. This critical role ensures accurate cultural and linguistic alignment in our Tangerang operations, supporting business growth through effective cross-border collaboration. The ideal candidate will bridge language gaps in meetings, documentation, and daily interactions while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Tanggung Jawab
- Translate documents, emails, and communications from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa
- Provide real-time interpretation during business meetings and client interactions
- Develop and maintain multilingual glossaries for industry-specific terminology
- Facilitate cross-cultural communication between Mandarin and Indonesian teams
- Support onboarding processes for Mandarin-speaking employees
- Review and validate translated materials for accuracy and cultural appropriateness
- Coordinate with department heads to identify translation needs
Kualifikasi
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years professional translation/interpretation experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to regional nuances
- Proficiency in CAT tools (Trados, MemoQ) or similar software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience in technical or business translation preferred
