We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Translator to bridge communication gaps between foreign workers and local staff at our Brebes facility. This critical role involves accurately translating spoken conversations, technical documents, and administrative materials to ensure seamless collaboration across language barriers. The ideal candidate will facilitate cross-cultural understanding, support daily operational needs, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Tanggung Jawab
- Translate spoken Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa during meetings and daily interactions
- Convert technical documents, contracts, and training materials between Mandarin and Indonesian
- Facilitate real-time interpretation for foreign workers during onboarding and operational activities
- Ensure cultural nuances and context are accurately conveyed in all translations
- Maintain records of translated documents and terminology glossaries
- Coordinate with HR to support foreign workers' integration into local teams
- Provide language support for quality control and safety communications
Kualifikasi
- Native-level proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of professional translation experience
- Certification in translation or linguistics preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or technical documentation is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in translation software and digital tools
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
