Tanggung Jawab
- Translate business documents, technical reports, emails, and correspondence from Mandarin to Indonesian and English.
- Facilitate real-time communication during meetings, conferences, and phone calls through simultaneous interpretation.
- Coordinate operational activities and bridge the gap between the Chinese management team and Indonesian staff.
- Verify the accuracy of translated materials to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in drafting internal communications and cultural interpretations.
- Manage and organize translation records and databases.
- Support the management team with travel arrangements and logistics when required.
Kualifikasi
- Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin with excellent proficiency in Indonesian and English.
- Proven experience in professional translation or interpreting roles.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in written work.
- Understanding of business terminology and corporate culture.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant degree in Translation, Languages, or Business Administration.
- Valid work permit and ability to relocate to Banjar, Kalimantan Selatan.
