Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate and timely translation and interpretation services between Mandarin Chinese, Indonesian, and English (when required) for business meetings, negotiations, workshops, and daily communications.
- Translate a variety of documents including technical manuals, operational reports, contracts, HR policies, marketing materials, and internal communications.
- Act as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking management/staff and local Indonesian employees, ensuring smooth cross-cultural communication and understanding.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading documents in all three languages to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
- Facilitate effective communication during visits from international partners, suppliers, and clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold professional translation ethics at all times.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient office operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Chinese Language, Translation Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a professional Mandarin Translator/Interpreter, preferably within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
- Native-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) and excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in English is highly advantageous for international communications.
- Strong understanding of Chinese and Indonesian cultures, with the ability to convey cultural nuances accurately.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and translation memory tools (CAT tools) is a plus.
