We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Translator to join our team at PT Oleno Garment International. In this dual role, you will serve as both an Assistant Director and Mandarin Translator, bridging communication gaps between our Indonesian and Chinese stakeholders. As a Mandarin Translator, you will be responsible for accurately translating documents, meetings, and communications from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa. Additionally, as an Assistant Director, you will provide administrative support to the director, coordinate between departments, and assist in strategic planning. This is a unique opportunity for a bilingual professional to make significant contributions to our international garment business.
Tanggung Jawab
- Translate business documents, emails, and communications accurately between Mandarin and Indonesian
- Act as interpreter during meetings, negotiations, and business discussions
- Provide administrative support to the Director, including scheduling and coordinating activities
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business materials
- Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking clients and Indonesian staff
- Help in the development and implementation of business strategies
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both Mandarin and Indonesian languages
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
- Previous experience as a translator or interpreter is preferred
- Strong understanding of business terminology in both languages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and translation software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all translations
