Tanggung Jawab
- Translate business documents, contracts, emails, and reports from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa with high accuracy.
- Provide professional interpretation during meetings, conferences, and negotiations to facilitate effective communication.
- Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure grammatical correctness, fluency, and adherence to company style guides.
- Conduct research on specific terminology to ensure precise translation of technical or industry-specific jargon.
- Maintain and update internal translation databases and glossaries to ensure consistency across projects.
- Assist in cross-cultural communication initiatives to foster better understanding between teams.
- Adapt content to fit the target audience while maintaining the original meaning and tone.
Kualifikasi
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 6 or equivalent).
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven experience in translation or interpretation (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office and computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of business etiquette and cultural nuances is highly desirable.
