Join Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia as a Mandarin Translator and become a vital communication bridge within our dynamic Finance Department. This full-time role offers the opportunity to leverage your linguistic expertise in a fast-paced industrial environment while supporting critical financial operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless cross-cultural communication through precise translations and interpretations, directly contributing to our international business success.
Based in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah, you'll work closely with finance professionals and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to facilitate accurate financial documentation, meetings, and reporting. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial information. Tanggung Jawab
- Translate financial documents, reports, and correspondence from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa
- Provide real-time interpretation during finance department meetings and negotiations
- Develop and maintain specialized financial terminology glossaries
- Assist in preparing bilingual financial statements and compliance documents
- Coordinate cross-cultural communication between Mandarin-speaking partners and finance teams
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all translated materials
- Support training materials localization for finance department processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years professional translation/interpretation experience
- Native-level Mandarin proficiency with business terminology knowledge
- Advanced Indonesian language skills with financial document experience
- Proficiency in CAT tools (Trados, MemoQ) and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of financial principles and corporate finance terminology
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Certification in translation or finance is advantageous
