- Translate documents, emails, and communications from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa
- Provide simultaneous/consecutive interpretation during meetings, conferences, and client interactions
- Ensure cultural appropriateness and accuracy in all translations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
- Assist in developing Mandarin language training materials for staff
- Support cross-departmental communication needs
- Review and edit translated content for quality assurance
Kualifikasi
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years professional translation/interpretation experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Proficiency in CAT tools and translation software
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
