Tanggung Jawab
- Translate Mandarin-Indonesian for official documents, contracts, and business correspondence
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and client interactions
- Ensure cultural appropriateness and accuracy in all translated materials
- Support Mandarin-speaking employees/clients with language assistance
- Maintain translation glossaries and terminology databases
- Coordinate with administrative teams to resolve language barriers
- Assist in training bilingual staff on Mandarin communication protocols
Kualifikasi
- Native Mandarin fluency with professional-level Indonesian proficiency
- Minimum 2 years translation/interpretation experience
- Certification in translation or relevant linguistic qualification
- Deep understanding of cultural nuances in both languages
- Experience with translation tools and CAT software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management
