This full-time role requires exceptional linguistic skills to facilitate accurate translation and interpretation for internal operations, client communications, and cross-functional projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide precise Chinese-Indonesian translation for documents, emails, and technical materials
- Deliver real-time interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and training sessions
- Support cross-departmental communication by translating internal communications
- Review and edit translated content for accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and consistency
- Maintain terminology glossaries for industry-specific vocabulary
- Assist with onboarding Mandarin-speaking staff through translation support
- Collaborate with teams to resolve language barriers in client interactions
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality protocols for sensitive materials
Kualifikasi
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian
- Professional translation certification or relevant degree in linguistics
- Minimum 2 years of corporate translation/interpretation experience
- Strong understanding of automotive industry terminology
- Exceptional attention to detail with error-free output
- Proficiency in CAT tools (SDL Trados, MemoQ) preferred
- Cultural sensitivity and business etiquette awareness
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
