Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise Chinese-Indonesian translation of technical documents, contracts, and business communications
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and training sessions
- Develop and maintain specialized terminology glossaries for automotive industry contexts
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging across multilingual materials
- Assist in preparing localized content for marketing and operational materials
- Review and validate external translation submissions for accuracy
- Support cross-cultural communication initiatives between Chinese and Indonesian stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Native-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field or equivalent professional certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in professional translation/interpretation
- Proven expertise in technical documentation translation (automotive industry preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-tolerance for translation errors
- Strong cultural understanding of both Chinese and Indonesian business contexts
- Proficiency in CAT tools (SDL Trados, MemoQ) and translation management systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
