Tanggung Jawab
- Translate written documents from Mandarin Chinese to Indonesian and vice versa with 99%+ accuracy
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and teleconferences
- Develop and maintain specialized terminology databases for automotive industry terms
- Review and edit translated materials to ensure cultural appropriateness and brand consistency
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, and technical teams to localize communications
- Support multilingual customer service operations through written and verbal support
- Train team members on Mandarin language nuances and cultural protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years professional translation/interpretation experience
- Native-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian
- Industry certification (e.g., NAATI, CATTI) preferred
- Proven experience with CAT tools (Trados, MemoQ)
- Deep understanding of automotive industry terminology
- Exceptional attention to detail and deadline management
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
