Join Senamas Energindo Mineral as a Mandarin Translator at our Pomalaa site and become a vital bridge in our global operations. We seek a dedicated linguist to facilitate seamless communication between Mandarin-speaking personnel and local teams, ensuring precise cross-cultural collaboration in our mining and energy projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately translate technical documents, contracts, and operational communications between Mandarin and Indonesian
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and site inspections
- Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking expatriates and local Indonesian staff
- Develop and maintain terminology glossaries for mining/energy industry-specific terms
- Assist in preparing bilingual reports, presentations, and training materials
- Act as cultural liaison to bridge business practice differences between Chinese and Indonesian teams
- Ensure all translations maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian languages
- Minimum 2 years professional translation/interpretation experience
- Familiarity with mining, energy, or heavy industry terminology
- Certification in professional translation (e.g., NAATI, CATTI) preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Ability to work in remote industrial site conditions
- Cross-cultural communication competence
