We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Translator to bridge communication gaps between our Mandarin-speaking clients and our sales and factory operations in Jakarta Raya. As a key liaison, you will facilitate seamless interactions during client meetings, negotiations, and factory tours, ensuring accurate interpretation of technical and business discussions. This role requires exceptional linguistic abilities and cultural understanding to support our sales team in building strong client relationships while providing critical translation support for factory documentation and operational processes. You will work in a dynamic environment where your language skills directly contribute to business growth and operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide real-time interpretation during client meetings, sales presentations, and factory tours
- Translate technical documents, product specifications, and business correspondence between Mandarin and English
- Support sales team by translating marketing materials and client communications
- Facilitate clear communication between Mandarin-speaking clients and factory personnel
- Assist in preparing bilingual reports and meeting minutes
- Bridge cultural nuances to ensure effective cross-cultural business relationships
- Maintain accurate translation records and terminology glossaries
Kualifikasi
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of professional translation/interpretation experience
- Strong understanding of business terminology and industrial processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Prior experience in manufacturing or sales support preferred
- Proficient in translation tools and documentation management
