Join Trimegah Bangun Persada as a Mandarin Translator and play a vital role in bridging communication gaps for our operations in Obi, Maluku Utara. This full-time site-based position requires exceptional Mandarin language proficiency to facilitate seamless interactions between Mandarin-speaking personnel and local teams. You will be responsible for accurate translation of technical documents, meetings, and daily communications, ensuring cultural and contextual accuracy. Tanggung Jawab
- Translate technical documents, contracts, and operational materials from Mandarin to Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa
- Provide real-time interpretation during site meetings, training sessions, and safety briefings
- Verify accuracy of translations through cross-checking with subject matter experts
- Maintain and update specialized terminology glossaries for industry-specific terms
- Assist in onboarding Mandarin-speaking staff through translation support
- Document translation processes and maintain organized records
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to resolve language barriers
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) with professional certification
- Minimum 2 years of translation/interpretation experience in industrial settings
- Proficiency in translation software (SDL Trados, MemoQ) and MS Office
- Strong understanding of technical terminology related to construction/engineering
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt communication styles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Bahasa Indonesia fluency (native or equivalent)
