We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mandarin Warehouse Staff to join the dynamic operations team at Ming Sui Solusi Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between our local operations and Mandarin-speaking international partners, ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our supply chain.
You will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, from receiving and inspecting inventory to preparing shipments for dispatch. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, and storing incoming shipments.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking vendors and clients regarding orders, specifications, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and compliant with all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods onto trucks, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Update inventory data and prepare necessary shipping documents.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and storage efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (speaking and reading) is mandatory for this position.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
