- Monitor labor market trends and recommend competitive compensation strategies
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations in workforce planning and reporting
- Support recruitment processes by providing data-driven insights on talent acquisition needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manpower planning, HR analytics, or workforce management
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, HRIS systems)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for presenting complex data to stakeholders
