The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of critical data during the migration process. You will work closely with the banking team to handle sensitive financial information, ensuring all records are processed efficiently and correctly. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate and high-speed manual data entry of financial records into banking systems.
- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure 100% accuracy and completeness of migrated files.
- Assist in the extraction, formatting, and consolidation of data from legacy systems.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client and banking information.
- Identify and report data discrepancies or anomalies to the project lead immediately.
- Prepare daily progress reports and logs regarding data processing status.
- Collaborate with the banking team to understand specific data requirements and migration protocols.
- Adhere to all data security protocols and company compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates are strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high accuracy over long periods.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills considered a plus.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to the full 6-month project duration.
- Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
- Familiarity with banking terminology or previous experience in data entry is an advantage.
