JAPFA Food is a leading player in the food manufacturing industry, committed to operational excellence and quality production. We are currently seeking a meticulous and analytical Manufacture Accounting Staff (Costing) to join our finance team in Parung. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of our production costs, inventory valuations, and financial reporting.
As a key member of our accounting department, you will bridge the gap between production operations and financial performance. You will be responsible for calculating the Cost of Goods Sold (HPP), performing detailed variance analysis, and ensuring that our SAP data accurately reflects our manufacturing cycles. Tanggung Jawab
- Calculate and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (HPP) and ensure accurate valuation of production costs.
- Perform detailed production variance analysis and report discrepancies to management.
- Manage and monitor inventory movements, conducting periodic stock reconciliations within the SAP system.
- Execute monthly financial closing processes, ensuring all manufacturing-related journals are posted accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse departments to improve data accuracy and operational workflows.
- Maintain compliance with internal control policies and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in preparing cost reports and financial analysis for operational review meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in an accounting role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in Cost Accounting and inventory management systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or other major ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Strong integrity and ethical standards regarding financial documentation.
