Join PT Golden Victory Manufacturies as a Manufacturing Engineer and kickstart your career in footwear production excellence. Based at our state-of-the-art Pemalang factory, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) trials from upper material preparation to final assembly, and resolving technical bottlenecks to ensure seamless production flow. This hands-on position offers fresh graduates the opportunity to gain practical experience in lean manufacturing principles, quality control systems, and process improvement methodologies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including production supervisors, quality assurance specialists, and R&D personnel to implement engineering solutions that enhance productivity and product quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Support footwear production processes through engineering analysis and process optimization
- Monitor and document NPI trials from upper material preparation to final assembly phases
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in production lines
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain quality standards and production targets
- Assist in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new processes
- Participate in root cause analysis of production defects and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Recent graduate (within 1 year) with GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and lean principles
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; CAD knowledge is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willingness to work in a factory environment and rotate shifts if required
