Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee manufacturing costing systems and ensure accurate product costing analysis
- Develop, monitor, and refine annual budgets and rolling forecasts for production departments
- Analyze inventory valuation methods and optimize working capital management
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted performance
- Lead financial modeling for production capacity expansion projects
- Collaborate with plant managers to drive cost reduction initiatives
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and KPI dashboards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing finance with 3+ years in managerial role
- Expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and production budgeting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel modeling
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Proven experience in cross-functional project finance leadership
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
