Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end furniture manufacturing operations including production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop manufacturing teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor production KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality control departments for seamless operations
- Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce production costs
- Manage equipment maintenance and capital investment planning for manufacturing facilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of manufacturing management experience in furniture or wood products industry
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams of 20+ employees
- Deep knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control systems
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and manufacturing management software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making mindset
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for effective communication
