Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and schedule marine service appointments, ensuring optimal allocation of technical resources.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries regarding service status and maintenance updates.
  • Process service orders, invoices, and technical documentation with high accuracy.
  • Liaise with procurement teams to track spare parts availability and ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain and update the internal service management database and client records.
  • Support the service management team in preparing project reports and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and administrative protocols during all service activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative coordination, preferably in a service-oriented or technical environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
