GB Distributors, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and strategic Market Access Specialist to drive our local market access initiatives within the Philippines. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for navigating the complex healthcare regulatory landscape, ensuring that our products reach the patients who need them most.
As our Market Access Specialist, you will bridge the gap between our innovative portfolio and the local healthcare ecosystem. You will engage with key stakeholders, manage reimbursement strategies, and oversee the successful integration of our products into local formularies. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive market access strategies to ensure product availability and optimal uptake.
- Engage and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, health authorities, and private hospital networks.
- Lead submissions for product listing in institutional, private, and government formularies.
- Conduct health economic evaluations and data analysis to support pricing and reimbursement negotiations.
- Monitor and report on changes in local healthcare policies and regulations that impact product market access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs, to align market access goals with broader company objectives.
- Analyze competitor market activities and pricing strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Business, or a related field; a Master’s in Public Health or Health Economics is an advantage.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Market Access, Government Affairs, or Reimbursement within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Philippine healthcare system, including DOH, FDA, and PhilHealth processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex clinical and economic data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for high-level stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in preparing technical dossiers and business presentations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
