- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market performance metrics and prepare regular reports on development progress and ROI.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to expand our professional network.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in market development, business development, or sales support.
- Proven track record of successfully developing new markets and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
