- Develop and implement comprehensive market strategies to drive business growth and brand presence in the FMCG sector.
- Lead sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve revenue targets and operational excellence.
- Manage full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, ensuring financial performance aligns with corporate goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Oversee product portfolio management, including pricing, promotions, and distribution networks.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of integrity and safety.
- Report regularly to senior management on market performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 3 years in a general management or senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering P&L results and driving market share growth.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience building high-performing teams.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Deep understanding of the Singapore and regional FMCG market dynamics and distribution channels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
