Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and oversee the daily operations and activities within the public market premises.
- Enforce compliance with municipal ordinances, health codes, sanitation standards, and market regulations.
- Manage the issuance, renewal, and processing of vendor permits and business licenses.
- Monitor market pricing to ensure fairness and prevent illegal price gouging.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and financial summaries to the market office.
- Maintain peace and order within the market area by coordinating with law enforcement and security personnel.
- Conduct regular inspections of stalls, facilities, and utilities to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Resolve vendor concerns and complaints effectively while maintaining professional relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a holder of a valid Professional or Subprofessional Civil Service Eligibility (PROMO) issued by the Civil Service Commission.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in market supervision, public administration, or a related government role.
- Deep understanding of local government code and market regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with the public.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and willing to perform field duties, including walking and inspecting market areas.
