- Conduct comprehensive market surveys on cigarette product distribution and sales performance in assigned territories
- Systematically collect and verify outlet data from diverse retail points including stores, warungs, and minimarkets
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Document and report on product availability, pricing variations, and promotional compliance
- Maintain accurate databases of retail outlets and their sales performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize product placement and visibility
- Ensure compliance with data collection protocols and confidentiality standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, business, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in market research, retail auditing, or sales support
- Proficiency in mobile data collection applications and basic spreadsheet software
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with diverse retail partners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Valid motorcycle license and willingness to travel across designated territories
