Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new potential clients in the local market.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase company offerings.
- Maintain regular follow-up communication with leads to convert interest into sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Gather market feedback and customer insights to improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Fluency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia) is preferred.
- Valid SIM (driver's license) is an advantage for field sales activities.
- Residing in Semarang or willing to relocate.
