Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify, prospect, and generate new client leads for the agency.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and follow-ups to closing deals.
- Present and explain agency services clearly to potential clients to align with their business goals.
- Conduct detailed discovery calls to understand client pain points and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative and strategy teams to translate client needs into comprehensive project briefs.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring transparent communication throughout the onboarding phase.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and pipeline health.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in agency settings or business development/sales roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software or general productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing trends and agency service structures.
