Are you a creative powerhouse with an eye for operational detail? Moon Palace Group Of Restaurants is looking for a dynamic Marketing Admin & Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Cheras. We operate five distinct, high-energy F&B brands, and we need someone who can bridge the gap between creative content production and administrative efficiency.
In this role, you won't just be sitting behind a desk. You will be at the heartbeat of our marketing efforts, responsible for owning the lifecycle of our social media presence—from capturing raw footage of our delicious dishes to editing punchy, short-form video content that converts viewers into diners. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, film, and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels/TikTok) for our portfolio of five restaurant brands.
- Manage the end-to-end content calendar, ensuring consistent posting schedules and brand alignment.
- Coordinate administrative marketing tasks, including promotional updates and menu board refreshes.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer queries to build brand loyalty.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future content strategies.
- Assist in the coordination of brand events, influencer collaborations, and promotional launches.
- Maintain organized digital assets and marketing archives for easy team access.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in producing and editing short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar mobile-first tools).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent command of English and/or Malay; creative copywriting skills are a huge plus.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and food styling.
- Ability to visit our restaurant locations in Cheras to capture authentic content.
