Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Dekkson Knowledge Shop (DKS).
- Conduct regular field visits to construction sites, architectural firms, and contractor offices.
- Identify and pursue B2B opportunities with local government offices (dinas) and private developers.
- Perform detailed product demonstrations and provide technical advice to clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing partners.
- Accurately record sales data and update client information in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing advisory roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to negotiate.
- Valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel extensively within the Bali region.
- Familiarity with interior design concepts, construction materials, or architecture is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM software usage.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
