Dekkson is seeking a dynamic Marketing Advisor to drive sales growth and strengthen our market presence in Jayapura, Papua. As a key member of our team, you'll manage our Dekkson Knowledge Shop (DKS) while proactively engaging with local projects, architects, contractors, and government agencies to expand our customer base. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships in a competitive market.
You'll be the face of Dekkson in the region, responsible for converting market insights into actionable sales strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage Dekkson Knowledge Shop (DKS) operations, inventory, and customer service excellence
- Conduct regular field visits to construction projects, architectural firms, contractors, and local government offices
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and design sectors
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with regional needs
- Represent Dekkson at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development
- Proven track record in field sales and client relationship management
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic digital marketing tools
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for field visits
- Deep understanding of Papua's construction and architectural market preferred
