- Recruit and manage a network of high-performing affiliates and partners to expand brand reach.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
- Optimize affiliate links and creatives to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality marketing materials and promotional content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and digital sales.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with affiliates to ensure alignment with company goals.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or sales is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate detailed reports.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing principles.
