Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and expand a sustainable network of agencies and third-party partners to support sales growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly loan acquisition targets as set by the branch management.
- Conduct regular field visits to agency partners to provide training, motivation, and operational support.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the Bulungan region to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance analytics for branch leadership.
- Maintain high service standards to ensure partner satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal credit and operation teams to ensure a smooth application process for referred clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in sales, business development, or partnership management (experience in finance/banking is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Bulungan region for field-based activities.
- Highly target-oriented with a proven ability to work under pressure.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Kalimantan Utara.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle.
