Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Surakarta region.
- Conduct field visits to maintain and build relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and service uptake.
- Provide expert consultations on BFI Finance products to potential clients.
- Prepare regular market analysis reports to identify local trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the internal branch team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Sales or Marketing.
- Prior experience in the multifinance industry or a related financial services field is highly preferred.
- Strong passion for field-based work and ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently to meet targets.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a personal vehicle (mandatory for field operations).
- Deep understanding of the local market in Surakarta and surrounding areas.
