Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to increase car financing product penetration in the Blitar region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and automotive dealership partners.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new growth opportunities and competitive trends.
- Manage the lead generation pipeline and provide consistent follow-ups to ensure conversion.
- Prepare professional presentations and proposals tailored to client financial needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless financing application process for customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the automotive or finance industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics in the Blitar area.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
