Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to increase car financing applications in the Tulungagung region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealers and potential business partners.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of service.
- Provide detailed reports on marketing activities and portfolio performance to management.
- Promote BFI Finance’s products and services through field visits and networking.
- Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met during the client acquisition process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably within the automotive or financial sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in local market dynamics in Tulungagung and surrounding areas.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel locally as required by the business.
