Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for car products.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a network of agents to ensure high performance and strict compliance with company policies.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to optimize team productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and identify new business opportunities within the Gorontalo region.
- Collaborate with the head office to ensure alignment with broader marketing initiatives and corporate objectives.
- Resolve agent and client issues efficiently to maintain a positive brand reputation and high retention rates.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and adjust agency strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in agency management, sales management, or financial leasing.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies for business growth.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred due to the need for regional travel and field visits.
