PT Mitra Utama Alkesmed is a rapidly growing provider of high-quality medical equipment dedicated to supporting healthcare facilities in Pati and the surrounding regions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing professional to join our team to expand our market reach and foster strong relationships with healthcare providers.
In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with clinics, hospitals, and medical practitioners to introduce cutting-edge medical solutions. If you have a passion for healthcare sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in the Pati area.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the medical field.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for medical professionals.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and revenue forecasts for management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and installation of medical equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Marketing, Health Management, Nursing, or a related field.
- Experience in medical equipment sales or pharmaceutical sales is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and own a vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape in Central Java is an advantage.
