Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication plans to increase brand awareness.
- Manage social media platforms and digital content calendars to drive audience engagement.
- Create high-quality content, including press releases, newsletters, and social media copy.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Organize and oversee promotional events or community engagement initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance metrics and campaign ROI.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing or corporate communications.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong creative design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are highly preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in or willing to commute to Ciawi, Jawa Barat.
