Tanggung Jawab
- Execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and patient acquisition in the local area.
- Provide high-quality front-line health service support, including greeting clients and managing inquiries.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to promote our wellness programs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure consistent messaging and service delivery.
- Assist in organizing community outreach events and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for service expansion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Health Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or the health/wellness industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and basic graphic design skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
