Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for construction projects
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels including social media, website, and promotional materials
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
- Manage and update company social media platforms to enhance brand visibility
- Coordinate with the sales team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Prepare marketing reports and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of construction industry is a plus
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
