Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Manage and update company social media platforms with engaging, high-quality content.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the design team to create promotional materials, presentations, and newsletters.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Maintain and organize marketing databases, files, and administrative records.
- Support event coordination for trade shows, product launches, or webinars.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or a similar administrative role (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-moving team.
