As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, increasing student enrollment, and executing creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end marketing initiativesāfrom brainstorming fresh campaign ideas to analyzing lead generation performance. We are looking for someone who stays ahead of digital trends, understands the nuances of the Indonesian education market, and possesses the ability to craft compelling narratives that highlight the value of learning Mandarin with Hua Wen Mandarin.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing spend and ROI.
- Coordinate with the internal team to design promotional materials and educational campaign assets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies within the language training industry.
- Execute local offline and online events to drive brand presence in the Jakarta Barat area.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems to ensure effective lead tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the education or service industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Creative thinker with a strong aesthetic sense for content creation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.
