Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain complex marketing automation workflows using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Pardot.
- Implement and optimize AI-driven tools, including chatbots and predictive analytics models, to enhance the user journey and personalization.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, optimize campaign performance, and increase Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate closely with the Data Science and Product teams to integrate technical solutions with marketing strategies.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and multivariate testing on emails, landing pages, and ads to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Manage and segment customer databases to ensure targeted and relevant communication.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Marketing Automation, specifically with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, scripting, and building custom automation solutions.
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and their practical application in marketing and customer segmentation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
