Are you a driven B2B sales professional with a passion for the beauty and skincare industry? Jasper Kemilau Abadi, a leading player in skincare and cosmetic manufacturing (maklon), is seeking a motivated Marketing B2B Staff to join our dynamic team in Cakung, Jakarta.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, connecting with entrepreneurs and beauty brands to offer our world-class manufacturing solutions. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the competitive Indonesian beauty market.

We are looking for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of sales cycles and lead generation. If you have the drive to turn prospects into long-term partners, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients interested in skincare and cosmetic manufacturing services (maklon).
  • Present our manufacturing capabilities, production processes, and customization options effectively to prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of beauty industry trends.
  • Coordinate with internal production and R&D teams to ensure client requirements are met accurately and on time.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and follow-up documentation for potential and existing clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven professional experience in Marketing, Sales Executive, or Business Development roles.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and consultative selling techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience or strong interest in the skincare, cosmetic, or beauty manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
  • High level of integrity, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
  • Willing to be based in Cakung, Jakarta Raya.
