Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility and community engagement.
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Analyze audience data and market trends to optimize brand positioning and campaign performance.
- Oversee community growth initiatives, including events, activations, and digital fanbase development.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to produce high-quality, brand-aligned visual and written content.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and allocate resources for maximum ROI.
- Monitor competitor activities in the sports sector to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or community building, preferably in the sports or lifestyle sector.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO/SEM principles, and digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Proven ability to develop creative marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in managing community relations and partnerships.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
