Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility in the Surabaya market.
- Identify and prospect for new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote our services.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to business strategies.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Jawa Timur region as required.
